    • Due to the personal nature of handmade soap products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
    • Souvenirs may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition and accompanied by a receipt.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.
    • We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.

  1. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Custom or personalized engraved items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  1. Refund Process:
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
